For years, Guus Herremans and Ward Dhoore occasionally played together, sometimes as a duo and sometimes in each other’s bands. Every time, they felt an incredible energy that deepened their friendship and musical connection. That magical synergy inspired them to continue as a duo, and thus Thalas was born.

What makes their performance at this festival special is that Thalas stepped in last minute. Due to an accident involving Jeroen Geerinck, the guitarist of Snaarmaarwaar, the line-up had to be adjusted. Thalas now brings a unique addition to the evening with their enchanting sound that is sure to touch the audience.
